Carmen Tocco

is an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, Reiki II practitioner, Yoga instructor and lifelong cook. Her cooking style has always been inspired by the seasons and nature. She believes in the importance of keeping our subtle bodies in mind with the food we eat. Carmen began cooking as a young child and her professional cooking career started in 2013 in Chicago, IL.

She began YOKE LLC in Detroit, MI in 2015. Carmen’s mission is to help people feel their best using food, movement and breath through the lens of Ayurveda. She is currently developing recipes for her cookbook series.
